When your booking is confirmed: a few days before your arrrival I will e-mail you a copy of my House Guide, Neighbourhood Guide (optional info) & Check Out Checklist with all the instructions/information you require for your stay. I use a local convenience store for key exchange (3 minute walk from the apartment) and guests are able to check in at their convenience. Apartment info. and parking info. are outlined in detail with photos in my easy to use House Guide. I am available for additional help with questions during check in, for the duration of your trip and check out via telephone or message.

Located near skytrain (which is super convenient) but can make for some noise especially when the windows are open!! If you are a light sleeper and like to sleep with the windows open I would not recommend this accomodation. **Summertime: the portable AC unit requires the slider door to be open which you will be able to hear the sky train! The diffefence of floors between the unit and train is: 8.
Sofa Bed (double): please enquire if you have extra guests with you. There will be an additional charge of $10/guest per night. When notified, there will be an additional set of blankets, pillows and towels left for the extra guests.
The Den: I use this space for personal storage and also for storage of cleaning supplies. If you would like to use this space for luggage or personal belongings please let me know in advance and I will be happy to clear and leave this area open for the duration of your stay.
SOCIALIZERS: No unregistered guests. Reservations with more than 2: + $10/night/person will be added.
PARTY ANIMALS: No loud noise after 11pm. If ticketed durning your stay, you will be liable to cover the FULL amount of the fine.
THE KLUTZ: Lost key/fob $150 replacement fee.
SMOKERS: please refrain from smoking in the apartment (this includes the balcony) If there is a cigarette odour you will be charged $100 which will be awarded to the next guest checking in. For us non-smokers this is a very strong and unpleasant smell and very hard to clear in the short time frame before the next guest arrives.
EAGER BEAVER: please wait at the yellow line for the parkade gate to FULLY close behind you. This is both for entering and exiting. If fined durning your stay, there is a $50 fee. Please help us keep the building safe.
When I am not busy working, I enjoy spending most of my time outdoors with my 4 lb. Chihuahua, Zeus! I also enjoy travelling and the last place I travelled to was Krakow, Poland. My favourite cuisines are Greek and Italian and my next dream destination is Greece to do some island hopping and eat Greek food of course!
