A perfect couples retreat with large upper deck and a private rooftop jacuzzi!
Ideally situated, the apartment is part of a gated complex nestled in the dunes of Marcus Beach and surrounded by native bushland.
With limited public access to the beach, you'll feel like you have your own private beach.
This spacious, split level apartment has it's own roof top with a jacuzzi, BBQ and ocean views.
There is a swimming pool and tennis court for you to enjoy as well.
This penthouse apartment is part of a complex so you have access to a heated swimming pool with a BBQ area, and also use of the tennis court. It's a very quiet complex with most homes kept as private holiday houses. It's split level, so even though it's only one bedroom, you get a feeling of space. The main level is open plan, with a kitchen and a combined lounge and dining area with a spacious balcony. Up the stairs is the bedroom with high vaulted ceilings and a small balcony. There is an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. Head up to the rooftop and you will find a BBQ with seating under a sunshade and the jacuzzi. It is a very private area , and has views to Maroochydoore – ideal for whale-watching in season or the colourful spectacle of kite surfers moving up and down the beach on a windy day. There is also a washing machine and dryer and a single lock-up garage with internal access. (The height clearance under the garage door is 2.0m, accommodating most larger vehicles without roof racks, but worth checking if the board is on top!) Access to Marcus Beach is direct along a short pathway from the complex. It's one of the few pockets of land that is beach side with no roads to cross before you hit the sand. The bike path following the coast from Noosa to Peregian Beach is also accessed from this path. It's nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Noosa Main Beach and the crowds but close enough to go shopping, explore and dine. This is a place to simply make you feel comfortably at home by the beach; you may not even want to go out. If you're after a peaceful alternative, then we reckon this is the perfect holiday choice! Please let us know if you have further questions. We would love to welcome you to our little piece of paradise.
You will have access to the entire house :)

We are contactable via AirBNB or phone for the duration of your stay. In case of emergency, we do have someone in the complex that looks after things on our behalf.

We are in the process (patiently waiting) for the NBN. In the meantime there is a 3rd-party-provider (pay-as-you-go) for the internet but they are not always reliable. I usually just use my Hotspot when I'm there.
Make sure you return the key to the Lock Box after arrival. There is nothing worse than being locked out!!
SOME IMPORTANT BITS... PLEASE READ
• It is mandatory that you enjoy yourself first and foremost!
• Smoking is not permitted in the Unit, pool area or tennis court. Smoking on the balconies is permitted but please ensure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts thoughtfully :)

• Washing of dishes and utensils and their return to cupboards before departure is regarded as the responsibility of guests. Please ensure you allow enough time to run and empty the dishwasher.

Love to escape the rat race of Sydney and enjoy the slower pace of the Sunshine Coast. Nothing quite like swapping the sound of traffic for the sound of crashing waves!
I spent most of my adult life working and living all over the world but now call Australia home once again. I've travelled to over 70 countries and Noosa still rates as one of my favourite places on the planet.
I work as a yacht charter broker so these days spend most of my time organsing overseas charters for Australian clients. It's does tend to inflame the travel bug within planning other people's holidays for a living.
I'm really happy to be able to share a little piece of paradise.
Enjoy the Sunshine Coast!
