Little House in the Pines (Piccola Casa Nei Pini) is located a short drive from Middletown in Loch Lomond CA on beautiful Cobb Mountain.

Clearlake, the largest natural lake in California is a short distance. Lake County has 30 plus wineries, many award winning, for you to visit!
This beautiful home is located among the pines in Loch Lomond which began its development in 1938. It has been remodeled with a Viking stove/oven and stainless steel appliances. The many windows allows the sunlight to stream in while you relax and look out to the beautiful trees and wildlife. This home is very cozy, clean and has lots of natural light. The outdoor deck is a great entertainment area, decorated nicely for reading or dining.
Little House in the Pines has comfortable beds, nice linens and is decorated beautifully. It is nestled in a safe area.

The driveway to Little House in the Pines is on Loch Lomond Road, the home is between Elm and Sycamore and faces Loch Lomond Rd. It is suggested that you approach the house from Loch Lomond Road and turn left into the driveway as you drive East.
We share a driveway with our neighbor, please do not park on or block their driveway. Thank you!
Enjoy the beautiful, community Olympic size, pool during your Summer stay. First and last name of guests must be emailed to us 24 hours prior to your arrival or sooner, for pool use. The cost per person for the day is $6. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Explore Lake County's many sites, State Parks, natural history museums and wine tasting, at award winning wineries, for the wine enthusiasts. Chacewater Winery a must see in Kelseyville, they grow olives and press oil which is sold at the winery. Lajour Winery has gorgeous views, while you sit on their back terrace sipping wine, imagine you are in Tuscany. Boatique Winery, has restored antique boats, you can take a leisurely stroll admiring the boats while tasting wines. This is just to name a few. Be sure to peruse the house copy of the Lake County Wine Guide for other wineries to visit.
For a day of golf, there are two golf courses a short distance away, Black Rock Golf Course (disc course available, as well) and Adam Springs Golf Course.
A trip to Lakeport in the summer can be enjoyment for the entire family. Visit Clearlake, the largest natural lake in California, where you can enjoy boating or fishing and rent boats and jet skis. Head to the Lakeport Speedway and Friday night summer concerts at Library Park. Bring your chairs and pack a picnic, sit back and relax while listening to local bands.
While in Lakeport be sure to see the Lakeport County Museum or stop at a local bistro and enjoy lunch while taking in views of the Lake.
Mt. Konocti is a short drive away and is popular for it's hiking trail to the top where you can see the fire lookout. You might even see diamonds while on your hike.
Middletown has a variety of restaurants, shops and the C. Gibson Museum for you to visit. The Cowpoke is a family-owned, family-friendly café with excellent breakfasts, delicious burgers and they are open for dinner Wednesday - Saturday. There is also Thai, Mexican, Chinese, Jolly Kone and much more. Located on the main street is The Bunk House, a darling gift shop that has lots of great gift ideas. Peek around the corner and stop in at Shed Horn Winery for a tasting.
You can also take a leisurely drive around the Lake and stop at Kelseyville, Upper Lake, Lucerne and other towns along the way.

5. May consider one dog only, not larger than 20 pounds. No cats.
6. Clean up: Remove the sheets from the beds and put them with the
dirty towels in the laundry room. Please remove and take with you all
food you brought from the fridge and any storage.
7. Tie up and dispose of the garbage/recycle in the garbage cans located
on the side of the laundry room.
8. Wash and put away all dishes.
9. Toilet is on Septic, toilet paper only
