I am sorry to hear your parents’ stay in Rumah Ary did not entirely meet their expectations.
We are committed to making our guests’ stay as enjoyable as possible. However, it is always possible that something is not perfect and requires remediation. Please be assured that when our guests inform us something is not in order we take immediate remediative action.
During the 4 days your parents stayed in our apartment I met them twice and they seemed to be happy. I understood they wanted to explore another city to see more of Bali. I really regret your parents were apparently dissatisfied and that I did not know, otherwise I could have helped them.
We will inspect our towels and bed linen and will replace any item that is not up to standard. Going forward, we will monitor this closely.
I sincerely hope your parents have a nice memory of their holiday in Bali.
