Open plan living and dining space is ideal for guests to congregate and socialise. A large sofa and coffee table sit adjacent to double folding doors that open out to first to a glass railed balcony, and then to the private west facing terrace. Views are to the tree lined Quayside park and adjacent flats. Wooden table and chairs as well as barbecue are provided if the North-east weather allows.
A floating glass breakfast bar with 2 high leather stools separates the living area from a fully equipped kitchen featuring integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and oven. Microwave, kettle, and toaster as well as a full range of glassware and crockery are provided.
A glass dining table and chairs comfortably sits 4 guests underneath the chandelier lighting.
The master bedroom features double bed, integrated wardrobe, and side tables with lamp. Views to the west can be obtained by opening the full length Juliet balcony doors. A grey slate en-suite bathroom features usual toilet and sink as well as large pan shower with separate hose extension, providing the ideal wake up call.
The second bedroom is also similarly equipped with double bed, integrated wardrobes and side table/lamp. Lighting in both bedrooms is tastefully provided with modern chandeliers. Good natural lighting is provided be westerly facing windows.
Separate family bathroom has a large bath as well as toilet/sink. The generous space with calm vibe is ideal for a soak after a busy day.
The living room features 42" flat screen TV with separate freeview box and Wireless Broadband internet will be available from 19th August 2016. Ironing board with iron and general cleaning utensils are provided if required.

The apartment has intercom security door access and an allocated parking space. Access to the front door is by a separate code issued shortly before your visit

The apartment is in a quiet residential block so is not suitable for late night parties and we kindly ask you to respect our neighbours.
We do not accept stag or hen parties no matter how well behaved you promise to be.
The apartment is only suitable for a maximum of 4 guests and under no circumstances shall any non residents be present in the apartment.
Prices are negotiable for corporate guests, regular guests or longer term stays.
