Relax in my apartment 3-room refurbished in 2013 with stunning views of Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc and les Bossons Glacier. It is perfectly located for visiting all the Chamonix Valley has to offer, all year round and 2 steps from downtown, restaurants, shops...

- Environment Chalets and Gardens.
- 1st floor, very quiet, unobstructed greenery, chalets and a low-rise building on the west side view.
- Large balcony, south and East (13 m2)
The apartment (52 m2) feels quite spacious for 4 people and is equipped for 6 people.

Satisfy my clients is my priority. My attention to details is important. All colours are coordinated. I renovate Antic and typical Savoyard furniture and mixed them with contemporary design, wooden furniture, and natural stones on walls,...

- The open plan living room is large, sunny and bright with space to sit 6 for dinner round the extendable table (for 8 p maximum) and relax on the very comfortable double sofa bed or the sofa chair afterwards.

- The kitchen is in very good condition with vitro ceramic hobs, multifunction oven integrated, dishwasher. Kitchen appliances and equipment are of very good quality.

- The entry has a old typical "savoyarde" wood wardrobe.

- The bedroom has a bed 150 cm x 200 cm with a very good matress, a window overlooking Aiguille de Chamonix on East and a very large wardrobe.
- The second bedroom is a cabin with a window. It has a bunk bed, with two single beds and a wardrobe.
- Free for children under 3 years old who sleeps in a baby cot ( depending on availability and to reserve upon booking):
Baby cot , stroller, high chair, sleeping bag 6 months and 12 months.

- It has 1 bathroom with a large Italian shower floor in marble Travertin and a washing machine
- Separate WC

- In warm weather, take your lunch on the south balcony facing panoramic view of the North face of the Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc and Les Bossons glacier and enjoy the morning sun on the East terrace with spectacular view on Aiguilles de Chamonix.

- There are storage. It has a clean cave for bicycles, luggage, skis and a skis locker.

- Possibility to use the parking lot of the condominium according to availability.
- 1 underground private garage is available.

- The Ski resort from Brévent is a 10 minute bus away, the Aiguilles' du Midi cable car for the world famous Valley Blanche is few minute walk. The Mont Blanc tunnel gives access to Italy in less than 25 minutes - Courmayeur, the Aosta valley and fantastic Italian food ! The very nice "Les Gaillands lake" and climbing crag are under ten minutes bus. Swimming pool is 5 minutes bus.

There are some very good and famous restaurants within easy walking distance.

- Discount 30 % on ski rentals (you organize by yourself the rental, I give you all information)

- Discount 10 % on SPA in 2 luxury Hotel 4* with an outside heated swimming pool even in winter.

- Host cards, offered by the owner, give you the gratuity of the ski bus and trains for all ski resorts of the valley.

The rental rates include:
- Cleaning products (1 roll of toilet paper), shower product
- Bed linen and towels. By cons sheets are provided but not in the beds. It will be necessary to do yourselves beds or to pay Sabrina my representative to do them ( € 10 per person)
- Welcome on location by my representatives in Chamonix from 14:00 to 20:00
- Departure starting from 08:00 to 10:00
- Parking and Internet (Wi-Fi)

Rates do not include:
- Tourist tax: 1 € per night / person over 18 years
- Final cleaning € 60
- The early morning or late arrivals (price on request to my representative) - possibility to find the Keys in the mail box

Akses tetamu
You have access to the whole house. You will be greeted on the spot by Sabrina and Guillaume my representatives in Chamonix. I live 1/2 hour drive and I can move in the event that they are not available.

With slopes above 2500 metres high, skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the season. This area is perfect for all types of skiers and comes highly rated by snowboarders.
The Grands Montets (1235 m - 3300 m)
Situated between the altitudes of 1235 m. and 3300 m., the Grands Montets area enables you to ski the greatest height losses in the world in the heart of the mountains, close to a town.

Ski areas: Chamonix is not a ski in - ski out purpose built resort, but rather a town which became the world capital of mountaineering and developed into a world re-knowned ski resort. It is actually 5 ski resorts and one famous off piste lift access (the Aiguille du Midi).
The main ski lift areas (working up the Valley) are:
•In Les Houches = Les Houches,
•In Chamonix = Le Brevent and the Aiguille du Midi (off piste only, the Vallee Blanche)
•In Les Praz = La Flégère
•In Argentiere = Les Grands Montets
•In Le Tour/Vallorcine = Le Tour/Balme
Flégère is interconnected with Brévent. Le Tour/Balme is connected by lift to Vallorcine. The snowpark is in Les Grands Montets. There are other smaller beginner lift areas including Les Planards in Chamonix.

Pascale, 57 ans, Loueur de Meublés non Professionnelle (LMNP), mariée avec Pierre, chef d'entreprise d'une PME . Notre passion commune, les voyages, en particulier l’Asie, de la route de la soie de Xian Chine, jusqu'à la frontière avec l'Afganistan et les montagnes à plus de 7300 m. De l’Afrique du Sud à l’Iran ou à la Sibérie, toujours seuls avec un guide d’agence locale pour partager le plus possible avec la population. Nous voyageons beaucoup et sommes donc très tolérants et ouverts au autres. Souffrant de la maladie de Parkinson, je me suis lancée en 2011 dans la location vacances un peu par hasard pour conserver une activité. Depuis, j'ai découvert une vraie passion pour la rénovation et la décoration, ainsi que pour les relations humaines au contact de clients du monde entier. Des connaissances approfondies en gestion, ainsi que la pratique de l’anglais et de l’allemand me permettent de gérer tous les aspects de la location meublée, de l'achat des appartements, à la comptabilité, de même que la création de mon propre site internet chamonix-montblanc-location ! J'aime organiser, décider, et apprécie la reconnaissance de mon travail... Ma principale qualité : l'honnêteté et le respect de la parole donnée, mon gros défaut : Trop spontanée ! Mon plaisir est de chercher le meilleur emplacement, rénover totalement, puis acheter des meubles de très bonnes qualité comme si je devais habiter moi même les lieux. J'adore les relations avec des gens de tous pays et je suis fière que les locataires aiment mes logements. Ma famille est originaire de la vallée de l'Arve au pied du massif du Mont Blanc. Nous habitons à 30 minutes de Chamonix. Par ailleurs des représentants sur place, Sabrina, accompagnée de son mari Guillaume sont chargés de votre accueil et du ménage. En cas de gros problème, j'interviens personnellement, mais ils gèrent eux mêmes très bien les petits soucis. Tous les locataires apprécient la gentillesse de Sabrina qui parle Anglais ou de sa collègue Tina allemande d’origine. Le Fettolina à Cannes Palm Beach est notre propre résidence de vacances avec un accès direct sur la plage. Nous le louons uniquement à des personnes sérieuses avec appréciations qui sauront en prendre soin comme de leur propre logement. Le Saint Georges à Cannes La Californie, avec grand jardin et vue mer est un excellent compromis entre villa et appartement en prévision d’une retraite au soleil. Une représentante sur place, véritable fée du logis s'occupera de vous avec tout le dévouement requis et vous accueillera en français, anglais ou allemand. Elle pourra effectuer votre ménage en cours de séjour.

Only Sabrina and Guillaume will be pleased to know you physically when they make upon your arrival. They are also responsible to solve your little problems on the spot. They are available and live 10 minutes from your home.
A procedure for your arrival will be send with a contract, a map of Chamonix, and Sabrina's Phone number and her e.mail.
Usually you contact Sabrina 4 days before your arrival to inform her about the previsional time of your arrival. Then you call her 1 hour before your arrival In order, she can great you in the apartment or outside to help you with the suitcases.
If you forget to call her, you will be obliged to wait she has done all the arrivals of the day...!
