Gelli-Ddyfod is a former farmhouse set in the beautiful countryside of Ceredigion. The annexe is self-contained and all on one level providing light and airy private self-catering accommodation. There are beautiful views across the fields and down the valley, often providing the most amazing sunsets. It's a great place to sit, relax and just be.
Every room in the annexe is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs and there's level access from outside, making it suitable for people with limited mobility.
Red Kites live here, along with many other birds visiting the feeders in the garden. A full list can be provided for birders and wildlife lovers. Other animals such as badgers, foxes and polecats may also be seen around the grounds.
Access to the annexe is via its own front door leading through to the kitchen and living room. There is also direct access to the garden from this entrance or through the French doors from the living room. Guests are welcome to roam around our garden and woodland if they wish and also visit our chickens in the paddock. Harvey and Stanley, our cockerpoos, are sure to give a warm welcome.
Vehicular access to the property from the local road is via a 100m hard surfaced track, which is fine for most cars but may not be suitable for low cars.
A locked garage is available for cars, motorbikes or bicycles if required.
