Enjoy this self-contained flat within 5 mins walk to the lake and only 2.5 kms from the beach, estuary, cafes and supermarket. You will have your own private entrance and lovely bush outlook. Situated in a handy location to Princes Hwy but not too close either. You can walk to the lake or drive to the beach within a few minutes. Birdwatching in our backyard is recommended with our little dog and hens. Full kitchen in the flat and outdoor BBQ facilities are available.
The street is a quiet cul de sac with lovely bush views all around.
You can smoke in the backyard as long as you dispose of your rubbish thoughtfully.
We will provide a key to the downstairs flat which has its own private entrance. We are usually home upstairs to greet you when you arrive otherwise we will let you know how to get the key. We like to introduce you to the dog too.
You can have supervised access to our laundry since it is connected to our garage.
We live upstairs and are available for any questions, a friendly chat and assistance. Sometimes we put on the bbq and have a nice evening looking at the stars.
We both love good food, music and nature. Ria is into organic gardening, cycling, meditation and hula hooping. Mick is into canoeing, catching prawns and fishing. We are very friendly and enjoy meeting new people. We also have a Maltese Shitzu dog that people find very cute!
