Loch View Cottage sits on the banks of Loch Sunart outside the village of Glenborrodale half way along the Ardnamrchan peninsula. It is often visited by deer, pine marten and eagles and is loved by photographers and walkers. There is full central heating, woodburning stove and everything that you would expect to find in a very well equipped holiday home.
there is a large grassed area between Loch Sunart and the cottage which is private and suitable for ball games etc. the burn which flows beside the cottage contains small trout and other fish and flows into Loch Sunart.
Guests at Loch View Cottage can roam along the shore in both directions or take a walk into the hills behind.

We do not live onsite although our caretaker lives nearby. We are always available by telephone or email to help with planning activities or to sort out any problems and we encourage guests to get in touch to discuss any issues. We love to get news of what our guests have been up to and will usually call once during the week to make sure that everything is OK.

There is a floating jetty at the bottom of the garden which appears in some pictures. This jetty belongs to the now derelict Clan Morrison Hotel and has recently begun to break up. It would be advisable to keep off the jetty, the fishing from the end was always poor and much better spots can be found nearby from the rocks.
