House is now available for bookings. New paint, flooring, cabinets and counter tops as well as all new furnishings. Located in a gated community our home is family safe and close to the water. Two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and a family loft with a queen size bed and bathroom upstairs. The house is fully equipped and ready for you and yours to relax and enjoy yourselves!
Guest have access to day use area and docks anytime after 11am on the day of check-in. House will be ready for use after 4pm. Bring a picnic blanket and full basket and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.

Welcome to the Northwest Lake House!
We hope your stay here will be enjoyable and relaxing. The following are some things you should know to help make your stay comfortable and stress free:
Our home sleeps 6+ guests. Extra blankets and pillows are in the closet in the Downstairs Bedroom.
For entry into Maple Grove upon your arrival, you will need to call us from the gate to let you in. When you pull up to the keypad, press the A or Z button repeatedly until you see Lopez, Tara NW. Press call when and it will call my phone. I will verify that you are the person checking in, and then I will buzz you in and the gate will open. At the T in the road, go to the right and we are the first house on your right. You will then be able to enter your four digit code on the keypad and enter the house. The keys will be left for you on the kitchen counter. The code on the garage will not be changed by the cleaning staff until check-in time, so please do not come before 4:00 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM. We cannot offer late check out because our cleaning staff will arrive promptly at 11:00 to get the house ready for the next guests. If you would like to stay the whole day, you will need to reserve that night ahead of time. Please leave all keys and key cards on the kitchen counter when you check out. There will be a $25 fee for lost keys and a $50 fee for lost gate cards.
Bath towels are under the vanity, and hand towels and washcloths are in the vanity drawers. There are towel hooks so that you can save your towel for the next time you use it. Please help us conserve water by hanging your towel up to dry to reuse if it isn't dirty. At the end of your stay, please leave all dirty towels in the downstairs shower.
Please strip linens from all beds and put the bedding in the downstairs bathroom. If the linens are not removed a $20 fee will be taken from your deposit.
A pack and play is available upon request. Please let us know ahead of time so we are able to have it available for you.
Should garbage cans become full during your stay you can take your garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot by the picnic area.
Please wash your dishes and put them away where you found them. On the morning you check out, please start the dishwasher with whatever dirty dishes you have left and the cleaning staff will put them away.
In our kitchen there are the regular dishes, but also a blender, electric griddle, and toaster. These can be found in the cabinets. We also have a Keurig, if you are using it, please be sure it does not run out of water. You will want to bring your own K-cups of your favorite blend.
There is a bbq for use. BBQ tools are available and will need to be cleaned before check-out. Please clean the bbq if you use it so it is ready for the next guests. $20 will be deducted from your deposit if the bbq is not cleaned.
The house has a boat slip, if you are planning on bringing a boat, jet skis, or any other watercraft that will require the use of our slip, please let me know when booking. I will need to provide you with the slip number and also be sure that we don't have anything parked there during your stay.
Please remember you booked a stay at a non-smoking, no parties and pet-free house.

The following are the Maple Grove HOA renter guidelines for you to review.
Maple Grove HOA Renters Rules
Parking: Parking is not allowed on streets. Overflow vehicles will park in the boat launch area or as directed by the Gate Guard. No parking or driving on the drain field, you will be responsible for repairs.
Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the beach picnic area next to the boat launch.
Picnic Common Area: Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Loud Parties: These parties will not be allowed. We ask that windows be closed to contain loud voices. Please be considerate of your neighbors! If law enforcement is called you and your guests will be asked to leave the property.
Boaters: Boaters must comply with No Wake and 6MPH speed limits in the shore to buoy area. Boat traffic will depart the shore at a 45 degree angle and maintain a counter clockwise pattern around the lake. Boaters must comply with Clallam County Water regulations for Lake Sutherland. Boaters will comply with all State and Federal regulations. Each owner will provide “Clallam County Sheriff Dept. Boat Safety-Lake Sutherland" brochures to renters.
Speed Limit: All roads within Maple Grove are limited to 15 MPH due to children playing and blind corners.
Garbage: All garbage should be deposited in the dumpster(s) north of the boat ramp. Garbage pickup is Wednesday afternoon in the summer.
Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy per residence should be established by the landlord according to the number of beds. Daily guests must be registered with the guard when present. Any large gatherings must be authorized by the owner in writing. The landlord will establish entry procedures to Maple Grove. The landlord will give the guest their entry card. Do not allow uninvited guests to enter when one enters or leaves (as in ‘piggyback'). Please have only one car at a time per card. Owners are responsible for their guests obeying this rule.
Docks: Docks should be maintained in an orderly fashion. All floats, portable chairs, towels, coolers should be picked up at the end of the day and removed from the dock. Don't forget….your dock is shared with your neighbor. Please be courteous.
Adherences to these common sense courtesies will help make everybody's lake experience a safe and pleasant one.
Please treat this house with the utmost care and respect. This is our family's vacation home and we want to keep it nice for everyone who enjoys it.
