This traditional Japanese house is more than 100 years old. Has slight renovations, toilet and bath are electric with heating. It is located in front of the Nakasendo path which is one of the historic highway taken by merchants, samurai and feudal lords to Kyoto from Tokyo.

The house has most amenities including cooking and dinnerware. It has washing machine but no dryer.
The place is close to the train station, less than 10min walk. The local bus stops is only 2-3 minutes away by foot.
Very close to the park, Yoshinaka Yakata museum and Tokuonji temple. There is a local supermarket 2 minutes walk away.its open around 9am to 6pm,On Sunday close around 5pm.
*washing machine might leak sometimes, plz close the valve after using.if something happen let me know.

No restaurant near my place,there is a super market that open 8:30 to around 6pm.Nearest Convenience store is 20mins away.
Please no smoking inside the house. You can smoke in the backyard.
No parties. Keep noise to a minimum at night, after 10pm please.
Please remove your shoes before entering the house. Slippers will be provided.
Please wash and clean the dishes after using them.
