I am wondering if you have giving a review to a wrong house/host. I have check and re-read my msg between me and you. I did not see any msg from you requesting any towels. We always provide Hand Towels and Bath Sheets for all my guests. I am also confused on "NO sheets/pillow cases," we always have pillow cases on our 2 pillows, Fitted sheets for our bed, and comforter on top. If guests need EXTRA sheets to change during the stay can request us and we will provide it the same day. We have guests stay with us 2 weeks - 2 months, usually they request the new set whenever they need it change or wash the bed sets by themselves.
I am not trying to achieve #1 host in AirBnB but I am aiming to be a friendly and polite host, so I really hope if you can msg me on what I have done to make you felt I am not a Hospitality person? I need to know in order to improve my way of hosting. Thank you for taking your time writing your review about us!
