It is disheartening to learn that Christian was disappointed in his stay. It is more disappointing to learn that we were never made aware of the simple issues that could have been quickly resolved. If we were made aware of the shortage of toiletries we would have been more than happy to replace it immediately. We provided the guest with our personal cell phone and was never notified of any issues. I apologize about any confusion surrounding the available items in the kitchen area, but the listing specifically mentions the home has pots and pans but no mention of silverware. Even though silverware was not provided, a simple phone call to us and we could have discussed arrangements to provide them for you. However, we have taken the review into consideration and the home now has silverware. The cable in the home is also now repaired. Pictures of the living space and bedrooms, are clearly posted exactly on the site as is, so I’m unsure of the basis for complaints. Feel free to contact me if you have any suggestions to make the space more inviting.
