This two story apartment has been completely redone with high end finishes and furnishings. A boot room entry at the front has a two piece bathroom and a laundry room.
There is parking for one car near your front door.
The main floor has an all new custom kitchen, gas fireplace, living area and dining area.
Upstairs you will find an open concept bedroom with a king size bed, sitting area, and the main bathroom.
Enjoy a private patio and garden area. You will find two bikes in the shed will get you to the farmers market. With an access point 100 meters from the front door, you can also explore the Collingwood trail system, which will take you all the way around town to beaches and other points of interest.
We are located in the southwest corner of Collingwood, near the corner of High St and Campbell St. Note that shopping, restaurants, etc are a short drive away.
Please note this apartment is non-smoking and not pet-friendly.
Although the apartment is attached to my home, it is completely separate with private entry, private patio & outdoor area, as well as private shed for bike storage.
This is a non-smoking property, so no smoking inside or outside is permitted.
Please leave the house tidy when you checkout and all electronics turned off.
Unfortunately, we cannot host pets.
Sports equipment is to be kept in the shed outside, we provide a lock for you.
I am readily available to help with any questions or queries, otherwise, you will have complete privacy.
