In Response to this persons ridiculous rant, i would say read the other guests reviews :)
This guest just wanted money back * I'm sure this is standard practice for them.
1 - Cleaning crew was in for a full day plus an extra spring cleaning day the day before they checked in. The cleaners take pics, the place was super clean.
2 - Also note they made these complaints the night before check out ... We offered to send in the cleaners again right away. She declined instead brought up the cleaning fee which was a clear indication of what they were really after.
3 - They ran the heat non-stop at 22.5 degrees + ran heat lamps + ran the gas fireplace (we know because they told
us) but they still complained even though it was +7 degrees outside. We have been there when it was -20 with no issues.
4 - They also complained about the play pen, that thier 3 year old would just climb right out of it. This is a top of the line crib/play pen that my own baby sleeps in, with the same size walls
as all the other cribs, i think approx 4 feet high.
We could tell right off off the bat they were going to vey difficult guests, as they called us close to 10 times in the first 5 hours (which we are good with, we love talking to our guests and answering any questions that may pop
up. Unfortunately its a pity becaue of they ever did return we would say thank you BUT No Thank You as we would not consider renting to them again :)
Some people just don't get what Muskoka is about, and what airbnb is about.
Again kindly read the other reviews. This is our family chalet & we treat it as such.
