Thank you for your comments. We know you spent a lot of time and tried every way to drag down our score after we refused to renegotiate the fee , then you guys kept complaining with lots of strange reasons.
It’s ok, customers are always right! And we believe in that.
But according to last time we checked, our overall score is 4.8, as well as the Super Host granted by BnB.
That means hundreds of guests, who have stayed at our apartment, liked our dinning room/living room/kitchen, our accuracy, our cleanness, our location, the way we host our guests, and most importantly, the great view. As for the cleanness, I remembered some guests used “sparkling clean” for our apartment. Besides, we have bright sunlight and fresh air in our apartment, everything is just like the pics show. So, pardon us that we don’t know how to agree with your comments.
Anyway, we will still work hard to provide guests what we promised.
PS: We used to wonder that every BnB host might have experienced one or two TERRIBLE guests. Now we know we do have one.
