Kay if you had been my first guest with Airbnb I’m sure I would have packed it in! luckily I am assured by the many happy guests that our cottage is not something to be ashamed of.
The house is fitted with a domestic fire alarm, the batteries were dying I still can’t understand how common sense escaped you that instead of taking the battery out you just put it outside and then continued to complain the next morning until you finally did take the batteries out!
I provide basic food stuffs/cereals and a fire log as part of a complimentary gift so guests aren’t stuck when they arrive, yet you complained that I didn’t come into the house while you were out and replenish the food! Perhaps you went through so much breakfast stuff as I let you check in at 9am on the first day due to your early flight into Cork.
Your use of inverted commas when describing our yard is just nasty Kay and makes it very difficult to take any kind of constructive feedback from you. Your concealing of the accident in the carpet upstairs is just another indicator to that. You could have mentioned it to me when I was checking you out yet you choose to just cover it up with a rug!
Life is too short Kay, be well Rebecca
