Hot water in the bathroom sink was not hooked up, due to a leaking. Hot water in the shower and kitchen was working fine, and the other guest did not complaint. Parking situation is explained in the information of the listing and also you had a handicap permit, and handicap parking was accesible for the guest.
I'm sorry you couldn't go out to your dialysis in the morning, but never recieved a phonecall, message or knock on my door, since my room is right across the lobby from the guests room on the second floor and easy to notify to move cars. Also guest need to inform the night before like any other guest did. About communication, when I was in the house guest never talked to me and was all the time in the room, knowing I was in the house after work, usually after 3 pm or after 10 pm. And in my days off I was in the house.
The guest on second day was told he could park in the handicap spot and thats where he parked the rest of the days. Thats why in the listing says to ask about parking situation before booking so I can make arrangement and notify about special situations like other guests did who had to leave early as well.
