In reply to your comments. We have fixed the outside dripping of the A/C unit. The apartment has been operating for 7 months now and so far we hadn’t received any complaints about the unit; therefore we were not aware of the issue so thank you for letting us know. Concerning the WIFI, I bought a new router and the signal is strong now. The thin walls you commented on are 5 inches thick consisting of 4 layers. The shower head was damaged as you dismantled it and lost the seal resulting in the malfunction. As a result I had to buy a new shower head. The windows are brand new 1 inch thick aluminum frame and 6mm tinted glass. The A/C unit is brand new and cools the whole apartment if you switch on the fans to let air circulate through the whole apartment.
Furthermore, concerning the ‘construction site’ it is not opened to the public. There are only 4 unfinished apartments in an area which is not accessible to the guests. I am not sure how you were able to access it, but on normal circumstances guests are not allowed on that part of the building. We take pride in our business and appreciate constructive criticism that gives us the opportunity to improve: however, we could have guaranteed for your stay to have been more comfortable if you would have communicated your concerns directly to me during your stay. At the moment of the check in I informed you that I lived on the same floor and if there was anything you needed I was available 24 hours. Once more, I appreciate your input and I apologize for not being able to make your stay more enjoyable.
