Xavier booked and payed for 1 person, yet 4 people stayed at the apartment. there is an extra charge for stays for more than 2 people at my apartment. then he complains about the camera outside of the apartment.
When xavier booked a welcome email was sent to him aswell as our T&Cs that states there is cctv on the outside of the door. he could have cancelled free of charge.
Xavier compained about a chair having a wobbly leg, this could have been damaged before or by Xavier im not sure. However i take his feedback on board and will rectify this. Other The dining furniture is perfectly fine. Yes i have crockery for only 6 people, my apartment only sleeps 6 people. I use perfectly good quality ikea crockery.
Even though it was booked for 1 person all of the beds including the sofa bed was used. the Apartment was left in a very big mess. it took the house keepers extra time to clean the place.
I have a responsibility to my neighbours, and the community hence the reason for the camera, the neighbours are friends and are aware of the camera and i am within my legal rights to have cctv on the outside of my property. Xavier had the option to cancel when i sent the welcome email which clearly states there is a camera on the outside of the door and in my T&C's this also stated and is a condition for staying at the apartment. I have a nice apartment please see previous reviews and i have a responsibility to protect it from nefarious people and activities.
I knew Xavier will leave me a negative review, which i believe will be retaliatory as i have made a claim with the Airbnb resolution department for the extra people that have stayed at the apartment. Please see all my other reviews from all of my previous guest you will see that they are exemplary.
