Thank you for your feedback. I am saddened that you felt this way about our home. You are the first to have such an experience. Below I am responding to your concerns that you REPORTED to Air Bnb:
You write that the cleanliness to our home was not to your standards, sorry you felt this way. I guarantee that the entire 3 bedroom/ bath SUITE (that sleeps 5) is thoroughly cleaned prior to a guest checking in. If you needed a broom and dust pan, just needed to send a text or knock on the door and ask as listed in the description on Air Bnb. PLEASE review the amenities and about the host prior to booking a place in the future. If you needed extra trash bags again, you just need to communicate with the host.
Regarding our pool. Sorry, but the pool is 20 years old and has been used and weathered, but having a screen really helps with the leaves. However it is cleaned DAILY (skimming any leaves or bugs), WEEKLY (filter, pool sides, chemicals) and Monthly (shocked), If you would have read all the information about Max and Koto's Cozy retreat, the details of the suite to our home is very clear and that we do have pets 2 small dogs named Max and Koto who share the pool area. Again, sorry that your experience staying with us wasn't what you were expecting.
Again, sorry to see what you had reported and wrote, very sad as you are the only guest in our many years to complain without warrant, because of your not reading up first prior to booking.
