She is a super host and super nice :)))), she brought me gifts and the breakfast was awesome. She take care of the customer like friends I would be recommend to friends too.

Betty is very kind and welcoming and her cooking is great. Her apartment is very clean and comfortable. The bed is a little hard, which is not a problem for me but thought I'd mention it. Betty's place is really close to bus and SkyTrain. I'd stay again.

This guest doesn’t follow any house rules at all. And she also a lier. I will text the whole things in the end if anyone interest. I should chat her more before hosting her not just check she had good reviews before. She actually had guests experiences generally with her family that I guess it different than herself after the whole thing. First, I did not yelling at you to tell you be quiet. Second, you actually confirm with me that you want the place is quiet before you arrived which is one of the house rules actually. Third, I had told you which areas are your space and all the concern in the beginning and discussed with you including to enter your room which you allowed me to do so as well. You don’t really want to pay that the AirBnb told me it doesn’t matter I already told them if it will need to cost me without your payment to not get in the trouble with this guest I will take. I asked you out because I found out you are a serious lier. I cannot trust you to stay my place when I am not at home. Finally, I had told you that I will sleep in the sofa in the living room before you arrived. If you want a five star hotel server, you can go find a five star and pay the same level fee to them. This is the situation really happened: She is not a good guest because she didn’t follow the house rules and tried to against the house rules by comparing your place with a hotel and other hosts; even though, every host had their own different house rules. Her behavior is good on the first afternoon which is polite and closes the door normally. But after the first afternoon, she becomes different people which is noise and rude. She also lied. She told me she will ask the whole refund if she is not satisfied by the server after she lived, she also did this in the hotel. Therefore, I had to ask her to leave and told the Airbnb to help out. First, She asked the space will be quiet throughout out the night which matched with my expectations and the house rules. I saw she had few reviews, so I did not chat with her more before this host: however, she had asked me to stay as late as possible because she will take the night bus which is against my check out time 10 am in the profile. Then I rejected her requirement for that. After she arrived, she was polite in the May 2 afternoon. But she treated this place like a hotel by talking very loudly in the balcony, the share public space, loud enough that I belied people who lived this townhouse area can hear very clearly. Then I had to ask her to be quiet a bit. She did follow. Before the dinner time she came out, she came to me told me herself that she will late after 12 am and be quiet. But when she came back after 12 am, she made so louder noise by closing the door loud enough as a mad people. Then she went to take a shower and close every door super loud. She decided to touch the heater because for some reason, this first night I need to be warmer; therefore, I asked her if she could keep the heater at 26 not 21 in the first night only. She said she is fine with that and I did not touch the heater at all. But the second morning I had waked up because of the cold and the heater is turned off. I started to prepare breakfast for me and her, not turn on the music a bit till 7: 10 am after 7 am she told me the time she will wake up and I had noticed that she already wake up actually. I felt we may need to discuss a bit about the midnight thing and the heater. I started to talk to her politely. But everything I want to discuss with her, she just blamed me and used the excuse”this is your first time, maybe you should not be the host.” She didn’t really want to listen just use this to against me. And she said I touched the heater last night in front of her, that’s the time I knew that I cannot trust her. In the middle of this useless conversation, she started to say she wants the whole refund; even though, she already lived my place from the last afternoon and overnight. I told her that if you went to the hotel, you will need to pay the server even if you don’t like the place; however, she told me that she asked to see the manager and not pay for the hotel. Because I found out she is a lier and she will not pay for the server, so I asked her out as soon as possible. And before she left, I asked to wait and checked the room in case she had things to leave my place and make sure things are fine as well. Then she told me that you are a weirdo. Because of her attitude, I decide just asked the Airbnb to bring the bridge to deal everything left.
