We pay attention to the details and basic services, such as the supply of soap and toilet paper, because we want to give a high level of service to all customers but because we know that the customer must be pampered even with little attention.
At home everything is new, so I'm sorry to know that the microwave didn't work. If I had warned immediately we would come to check and if something was wrong we would have adjusted or replaced, just to not miss anything. Maybe you could not use it well, because both before your check in and at your check out, we checked the house and we didn't find anything malfunctioning.
