The master suite boasts spectacular sea views on three sides, including an en-suite bath and private access to the covered deck.
The kitchen is equipped with comforts of home including a Keurig, blender, pots/pans, coffee maker, bake ware, dishes, and silverware. The kitchen island offers seating for two and is adjacent to the dining table that seats six.
A desk and chair are perfectly positioned for watching the ocean while reading a book or working on your laptop. The deck has two Adirondack chairs and a high table with two bar chairs for enjoying coffee or a cold drink to provide a view to relax, people watch, or entertain guests.
The second bedroom is located at the back of the unit with a second bathroom just around the corner which provides privacy for both bedrooms.
The unit offers HD cable TV, 55” 4K TV and DVD/Blu-ray in the living room, 20” flat screen TV in each bedroom, secure high-speed wireless internet access, and a newer fully size washer/dryer.
There are a few options for your swimming pleasure; the ocean just steps away, an on-site community pool, and a larger community pool located at the Hatteras Realty office with a kid friendly snack bar.
For an afternoon BBQ, there is a community gazebo with a grill and picnic tables are provided.
Attractions in Avon village include the Avon Fishing Pier just steps away, the different on island villages, as well as nearby supermarket and various Mom & Pop restaurants featuring local cuisine, along with various gift and souvenir shops.
A day trip could include sightseeing the various lighthouses, a free ferry ride to Ocracoke Island, a drive to Roanoke Island, or a trip to Nags Head and Kitty Hawk.
