I'm sorry you felt this way. I just doubled checked to make sure we indeed answered every message you sent. The thing is, we didn't actually receive a single message from you during your stay. During every clean the supplies are stocked! 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. Which should have been plenty for the 2 nights you stayed.The detergents are also stocked every single clean to make sure there is plenty for the next guest. Were you looking in the wrong spot for them? We would have gladly helped you with this, had you asked. If you for some reason had run out, I would have gladly brought you extra. But again, I never heard from you. Our cleaner is very thorough when she cleans and checks every towel and sheet before and after they are cleaned. Is it a possibility that your guest ruined a towel and you didn't think to look prior to leaving? I know this can be frustrating , however it's just as frustrating for us when our guests ruin our things and then deny it. It's too bad you decided to leave the Airbnb community, it's a great platform with so many opportunities. We wish you well.
