Yáátééh and her family booked my house in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) th September, the check in time is 3PM but she want to check in at 3AM of the 27th Sept. that’s why we took $50 from her and she agreed that’s why she has to paid this fee. Then when she check in at 3AM she told me that our house is dirty when we had just finished cleaning to welcome her stay, hence we inform her to rest first and in the following morning we’ll come by to talk to her. The next day when we arrived, I have spoken with her while walking through the house with her, asked her if anything out of place or not satisfactory and she didn’t find anything wrong with it. The kitchen, living room are all very clean, her mother found nothing wrong herself. In our house we have slippers and suggested them to change into the slippers but they adamant to use their own footwear. I have suggested to her that if she ever found the house to be not meet her expectation we can give her full refund as she return the house, but she instantly assured us she love the house and it look very nice very beautiful. I have repeated the question two times and both time she give the same response, thus she has to paid $50 fee for early check in at 3AM. After we leave she continue to text us wanting to stay another day, but we feel like it isn’t going to work hence we find a way to denied her request by telling her there is a guest in that date already, in actuality we blocked that date and not letting her or any guests stay at all. Airbnb can attest to that as their record will show that day isn’t booked by anyone at all. We do this because she is the 1 who bring shoes to the house making our carpet dirtied, if she didn’t like our house then from beginning she wouldn’t have pleaded for additional day. Also the air conditioner work fine, it just that her mother didn’t know how to activate it and accidentally turned on the heat making the house hotter herself. In the fridge, we have few bottle of sauces and spices prepared with the customers in mind to give them more necessities. As for the Late Check Out we have the same request: If You Can Keep The House Clean We Have No Issue. If she didn’t like our house she wouldn’t want to stay so long, she can’t just in our home then left and leave us such review.
Clean, spacious, and really makes you feel at home. A really enjoyable place to stay and it’s definitely someplace I’d recommend.
