A casa fica dentro de um condômino pequeno e familiar localizado 1 minuto a pé da praia de Juquehy. O bairro é seguro e costuma ser bem tranquilo. A casa tem churrasqueira privativa e tudo que precisa na cozinha para preparar as refeições. A praia de Juquehy é umas das mais bonitas no estado e nossa casa disponibiliza uma oportunidade perfeita para desfruta-la!

Não aceitamos nenhum tipo de animal na casa.

This charming beach house is a stone's throw away (literally across the road!!) from one of the nicest beaches on the Paulista coast.
The 2 bedrooms are 1 double and 2 singles but there are extra beds for a total of 6 guests which includes a double bed-settee in the living area.
There are 2 bathrooms with showers and also an outside shower in the "laundry" area at the rear of the house.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

Akses tetamu
Guests have sole access to the house and will be provided with keys for the main condominium entrance as well as for the house itself.
At the entrance to the house is a seated area with an integral BBQ. Also to be found in this area are tents and beach-chairs etc., for your personal use on the beach.
There is private parking for 2 cars outside the condominium.

The property will have been cleaned for your arrival and will again be cleaned following your departure; the latter will be charged as extra to the rental.
Check-in time must be by 23hrs.
We do not allow any type of animal in the house and do not supply towels and bed linen.

Juquehy is a safe and friendly locality with some good restaurants along the beach and also in the main centre (10 mins. walk). Walking in the area is good, being a clean, well-maintained, up-market area. There is 1 supermarket and a shopping centre in the main centre where you can stock up with all that you will need during your stay. There are also various craft shops in the area which sell a wide range of products.
The beach itself is also maintained to a good standard. The beach/city tend to be busy with tourists at weekends and during holiday periods.
