A delightful 2 bedroom house, sleeps 4; located in Pinos del Valle. It is immaculately kept and well equipped. Roof terrace with views of the Beznar reservoir and mountains. Walking distance to bar, shops, 30 minute drive to beaches.
It is an ideal house for 2 people although it does sleep 4 in two small, double bedrooms. The kitchen/living area is open plan and has 3 small balconies. It is perfectly situated for guests who would like easy access to the beautiful area of the Lecrin Valley, the Alpujarra and Granada. It is an excellent base for walking and cycling holidays and during the winter ski-ing - the ski resort is only one hour away by car. It is an 'away from it all' destination yet with good access to many places of interest including Cordoba, Malaga and Granada.
Guests have access to the whole house and are free to use it with respect. The private roof terrace is accessed by stairs leading from the living area.

My favourite time of year is September when the weather is still warm, the days a reasonable length but the beaches are quiet. In the village the weather is less humid and cooler than the coast which is pleasant in the summer time. The winter days can be wet and windy but there is plenty of sunshine and warm days too! At the end of January/early February the almond blossom is out and a sight definitely worth seeing.
Treat the house and contents with care and respect and enjoy your stay.
No pets and no smoking thank you.

I have always wanted to live somewhere warmer than the UK which led me to buying the house in Spain. Sadly the need to earn a living means I have to spend most of my time in the UK but the house is too lovely to leave it empty and needs people to stay there and enjoy it as much as I do. The roof terrace on a warm summer evening is the perfect place for a drink and dinner. In front of the log burning stove in the winter months it's cosy and warm.
