Modern 2 BR in a gated historical building with doorman during the day. All necessities, sheets, towels (2 bedding an 2 bath sets per guest)) provided. (No beach towels). Beautiful white marble and finish. 2 bathrooms- 1 en suite and 1 in the hallway. Total privacy, very clean and newly refurnished with any and all utilities necessary including WiFi, NET TV and Air-conditioning in all areas.

The apartment is on the first floor with one staircase to the door.
The doorman will be there and available until ca. 8pm. The building is gated and in a very safe area.

Gated apt- Guests have access to any amenity and equipment available. We will be available for contact if any questions arise during the stay

Currently the most elegant neighborhood in rio. You are 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and close to several grocery stores, leblon top bars & restaurants and shopping streets.
A happy charming area to walk around , a lot of young people , families and a very safe zone
