Please allow me to try and answer the points you raised. 1.Les draps n'étaient pas faits, seulement posés sur le lit et de mauvaise qualité, ils s'enlevaient toutes les nuits, ils ne tenaient pas au matelas: We deliberately choose to provide the beddings but let people prepare their bed because we believe it’s more hygienic and we think people may want to prepare it their own way. I’m very sorry to hear you did not like the quality of the beddings – we spend quite a lot to renew the entire flat every year in order to provide the highest quality to our guests and we iron the beddings to the best quality after every wash. I understand the language issues but I’m sure Antonio did his best to understand your concerns and to explain his own. You may agree that he was extremely kind to give you a lift to the airport and I’m aware he also picked you up in the city centre when you arrived – which allowed you to save time and effort – I think this is worth to note among your detailed list. 9.Concernant les restaurants Unfortunately there is not much that we can do here I will shortly be in touch to discuss the issue with the Wi-Fi.
