My cozy 2-room apartment is just a 10-min walk away from the beach and a 20-minute walk from the city centre (bus station). The apartment building is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.
There's a small grocery store next to the building and some nice cafes in a walking distance.
When travelling by car you can park it in front of the house or in a parking lot behind it.
