Completely self-contained accommodation for two adults (double bed only). A travel cot is available on request to sleep a baby ( by prior arrangement only). With the advantage of close proximity to your helpful hosts who will ensure that you have everything you need for a perfect stay.
Off road parking in the driveway of the property. There is a metered 30amp socket for charging electric cars (13.5p per KW). Internet throughout and TV is available in the lounge and bedroom. The kitchen will be stocked with supplies for an adequate breakfast plus snacks and drinks. A dryer and outside line are available on request. Iron and ironing board stored in the bedroom wardrobe.

Places of interest in the area include The New Forest, Beaulieu and Lord Montague's Motor Museum, Portsmouth historic harbour with the Mary Rose and the Victory and much more. Gardens include Mottisfont Abbey's rose garden, (1st & 2nd week in June), Exbury Gardens for Rhododendrons in May. The ancient cities of Winchester and Salisbury and Jane Austen' house in Chawton.
We are strictly a no-smoking, no pets establishment and we would expect our guests to show consideration and respect for the tranquility of the neighbourhood.
Visitors are welcome but NO PARTIES and no overnight guests. The bungalow is limited to sleeping two adults and one infant under two in a travel cot (by prior arrangement)
No candles for fire safety reasons.
Interaction will be as much and as little as required. We will endeavour to make our guests as welcome as possible and aid with local information without imposing on their privacy.
I enjoy gardening, reading and researching family histories. My hobby is Stained glass and I have a small workshop where I create glass pieces for gifts or sale. I have travelled to Australia several times to visit friends and family. I enjoy walking in the British countryside, visiting historic sites,stately homes and castles.
