As seen on ABC TV series, "Australian Restoration" (Gervasoni site) this recently restored old stone blacksmiths building is now a comfortable villa comprising bedroom with sitting room, bathroom and private courtyard. Very kid and pet friendly.
This recently restored historical building was once a Blacksmiths shop forming part of the heritage listed buildings of the former Gervasoni Homestead. The original stone building is now a large bedroom which includes a queen size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside table and small table and chairs. A portable cot is available upon request.
The new addition sitting room includes a sofa-bed couch (suitable for 1 adult at a squeeze, but is more suited to kids as it works better in the small space to sleep on the couch rather than pulling out the sofa-bed). There is a TV and DVD, bean bag, coffee table and magazines for your relaxation and enjoyment.
The bathroom includes a bath with shower over the top. Toilet and vanity. The cupboard includes a mini-fridge, toaster, kettle and tea & coffee making facilities.
Bedding and towels are provided.
The rear courtyard space opens off the sitting room.
A secure (and awesome) playground is accessible from the car parking space and is directly behind the courtyard.
You have full access to the Blacksmiths Villa and shared access to the playground and stables BBQ area.
You are very cosy in cold weather with electric blanket on the bed and bar heater... The small pot belly stove only for looks due to building fire regulations.

The tiny pot belly stove in the Blacksmiths Villa is not functional (just for looks - it must not be lit). There are two alternative heating options and electric blankets on the bed to ensure your comfort.
For safety, guests must not enter Heritage buildings work site or shed.
You are welcome to feed / pet the donkey, sheep, cow and chooks. However, please note that the donkey is a bit cranky at times and has been known to bite. We don't recommend getting in his paddock unless you are experienced with mules.
Please do not attempt to light pot belly stove.
Smoking outside please.
