17 Century, Grade II listed, building of special interest. Set in the heart of Reigate at the foot of the Surrey Hills. The property is in a unique location with immediate access to serene green spaces and the historic town centre.
Built in the early 1600s Crown Cottage is one of the oldest buildings in Reigate and is a Grade II Listed Building of Special Interest.
The property has a double bedroom, family sized bathroom and landscaped garden with oriental and traditional British plants. Help yourself to an apple or tomato in the summer.
The cottage is full of period features, exposed beams, brick fireplaces and terraced garden. The property has views over the rooftops of Reigate and the nearby Priory Park (see photos).
The garden is south facing, a lovely sunny spot on a good summers day.
Keen cyclists this is a great place to ride, Box Hill is nearby and was part of the Olympic road race route. There are many routes amongst the hills for ramblers to appreciate the amazing scenery.
Reigate also has a golf club with great views, a cricket club and tennis club.
The entire cottage and garden is offered to guests to enjoy.
As well as the double bedroom there is a comfortable sofa bed down stairs.

I am usually able to meet guests and welcome them.
If I have the availability, I am very happy to show you around town or accompany you on walks in the hills and surrounding country side which you might not get to see otherwise.
Perkara lain untuk Diketahui
The property is in a unique location, beautiful serene grounds to the rear of the property and the the town centre beneath.
Reigate has a fantastic variety of coffee shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs. The cottage is a very short walk to the town centre and other amenities, at the weekend it can be quite busy so the town is audible at certain times.
There is no parking directly outside, parking options are available if you have a car.
Guests will hopefully relax and enjoy themselves.
I am relaxed, friendly and passionate about the area where I live.
Things I can't live without:
• Growing organic produce on my allotment.
• Walking in the Surrey Hills and surrounding countryside.
• Old buildings
• Art & design
• Visiting new places
I want guests to enjoy my cottage and Reigate, a beautiful market town and conservation area.
