25 m2 rent, pænt og hyggeligt anneks med alle faciliteter. Dobbeltseng (180x200), 2 stole, bord, skab, nyt køkken med ovn, komfur, elkedel, kaffemaskine og vaskemaskine. Helt nyrenoveret badeværelse med bruser, toilet og håndvask. Huset ligger på en 2000 m2 grund, med privat afstand til hovedhuset og med skoven i baghaven. Der er 700 meter til en fantastisk badesø, som er en af Danmarks reneste søer. Det tager ca. 30 min. at komme til København. Børn er velkomne. Vi har babyseng og højstol.

Directly to the Fjord

Our summerhouse is situated on a small island, Oroe, in Isefjord. It sits on a bluff, almost at the end of a gravel road, with direct access to the fjord from the house. We provide Danish traditional summer house-hygge in natural surroundings with a twist of modern facilities. The house is our private home, open for guests only 10-12 times a year ( the original idea behind AirBnB) In general, we attempt to be as sustainable as possible i.e we always try to repair rather than to replace.

Unique Cottage, Private Beach, flex check-out L-S

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Dejligt sommerhus på 90m² med hems i stille omgivelser, tæt ved fjorden og et skønt fællesområde med badebro i sommerhalvåret. Der er ikke udsigt over vandet fra huset. Alt er inkluderet i prisen, el, vand, håndklæder, sengelinned, viskestykker, og basisfødevarer som olie, sukker og krydderier. Brændeovnen er hovedkilde til opvarmning, der er el-varme på badeværelse lidt gulvvarme som er tændt når strømmen er billig. Haven ligger helt ugeneret med plads til spil, sport og leg.

Dette unikke arkitekttegnede hus er beliggende i et fredeligt sommerhusområde ved den naturskønne Skuldelev Ås. Den store naturgrund på den fredede ås er skovklædt, og fra toppen, hvor der er en pragtfuld udsigt over Roskilde Fjord, fører en trappe ned til et område med badebro. Med en beliggenhed i rimelig afstand fra Roskilde og København er huset meget velegnet til gæster, der både søger natur- og kulturoplevelser. Bemærk at vi tilbyder 15% rabat på ugentlige ophold.

Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Lovely treasure in the middle of Tisvildeleje.

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
