The Coach House

This expertly refurbished 19th-century Coach House is full of character and all ready for your luxurious relaxing break. The open-plan living area has a exceptional view, and when you want a change there's a large smart TV and good-quality broadband for entertainment. The kitchen comes with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the pots, pans & utensils you need for cooking up delicious meals. The shower room/toilet is conveniently tucked away in a corner. Walk up the distinctive oak staircase to find the upstairs bedroom, with its impressive round window. It sleeps up to three people in a kingsize double bed and a separate single, and there's also room for a travel cot for an infant.The Coach House is ideal for a couple on a romantic escape, or for a family with young children looking for a safe space to relax and play. KEY FEATURES - One bedroom – upstairs, with kingsize double and single bed, space for travel cot. - One shower room/toilet – downstairs. - Sleeps up to three, and infant. - Private outside terrace area with view, shared use of 1.5 acre secure meadow & gardens. - Dogs welcome, two maximum, small additional charge. - Young children welcome (but you may need to bring a stairgate for safety). - Smart TV (Netflix, iPlayer, Freesat etc). - Good-quality broadband/Wi-Fi (free). - Induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge (freezer available if required), dishwasher. - Dining table for four, two leather sofas. - Washing machine (and use of dryer if required). - Underfloor heating (powered by eco-friendly air source heat pumps). - Wood burner, first basket of logs free. The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and ready supply of wood, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated, shower room is close by along a short path adjacent to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs.

Alabaster Lodge is a detached lodge, built in 2023, situated on the owner’s 14-acre working farm. Set within the Wye Valley AONB with fabulous far reaching views of the rolling countryside. Warm and cosy, with full central heating, the lodge is an all year round destination for cyclists, walkers and nature enthusiasts. Uninterrupted views of the Wye Valley, where you can catch sight of birds of prey, including the beautiful red kites who can often be seen hovering over the fields on the farm.

The Covey, a Tudor cottage for two.

Set in tranquil countryside, down owner’s private drive, this charming, spacious, 16th Century Tudor cottage enjoys beautiful views, own secluded, walled, pretty rose garden, private gate, secure for dogs. A perfect romantic cottage for couples. It boasts oak beams, an ingle nook fireplace with wood burner and a large airy cruck beamed bedroom with stunning far reaching views over the Herefordshire countryside. Enjoy the morning sun over breakfast, near the open door and listen to the birds.

Characterful cottage in the Wye Valley

The Old Forge is a 200 year old, 3 bedroom cottage which was fully renovated in 2021. The ground floor comprises of a fully equipped country kitchen, a lounge with log burner & a dining room with its own cocktail bar. The first floor comprises of a king sized master bedroom with original oak beams & Victorian fireplace, a double bedroom with far reaching views, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Outside is parking for 3 cars and a secure garden with seating to relax and enjoy the sunset.

Field Cottage - House & Annexe

Field Cottage is a charming country cottage, in a peaceful location with country views from every window. It's just 10 minutes drive to Ross-On-Wye. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces, dining room & kitchen. There are bunk beds in the kids room however these would be suitable for adults as standard single bunks. The separate self contained annex has a downstairs bathroom and shower room, with upstairs living space/kitchen. A single sofa bed and camp bed can be used upstairs.

A very spacious period apartment 'Perfectly Imperfect' with high ceilings, centrally located in the town of Ross on Wye. Can accommodate 3 with a z bed along with the double bedroom. **Standard booking - 2 people /1 bed made up. If you need the z bed and have only booked 2 people, please let us know in advance** The apartment is fully furnished with TV/Netflix and High Speed internet. There is also an allocated parking space 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT IS ALSO AVAILABLE AROUND THE CORNER

The Game Larders

Wythall is a half-timbered manor house in a secluded and idyllic setting with garden, fresh water lake, wooded grounds and vineyards. You will enjoy peace and quiet here and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tastings and vineyard tours are also available via appointment. The Game Larders is completely self contained and situated in the west wing of the manor house. It is well equipped and furnished, with access to ample parking space and central heating throughout. Pets are welcome.

Abode - Annexe in Peterstow

'Abode' at Wellsbrook Barn - A peaceful and relaxing one bedroom, dog friendly, private annexe near to the market town of Ross-on-Wye with parking and a gate for dog security. We are surrounded by lovely walks and lots to discover including the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Hay-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and many other beautiful places. Paddle boarding, cycling and canoeing are within easy reach. Close by is the village pub, The Yew Tree, with its very own cider shop just next door.
