House Katina is traditional stone house renovated in 2022 located in the village Rovinjsko Selo, 7km from Rovinj. The house is ideal for 4 adults but can accommodate up to 6 people. Open space living room and fully equipped kitchen are on the ground floor and are connected to the outdoor dining area and garden. Upstairs you will find bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom with double bed, big comfortable bathroom, and third bedroom in the attic area with two sigle beds.

Studio is brand new, fully renovated and equipped with new and quality furniture. Special attention was paid to the comfort of the bed. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool.
