The studio is conveniently located in The Hills, only 700m from Tecoma train station and a 15 minute walk to Belgrave and Upwey shops. The back yard is a shared space with the home occupants, along with 3 chickens named Poached, Scrambled and Fried, who free range in a fenced off section of the garden during the day.

On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Our Guest Suite located in the end of a quiet “no-through street”, with a private entrance and yard. FREE on street parking is available in-front of your entrance gate, unlimited time. The place is only 1km from Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre where you can find almost everything you need. If you don't have a car, there is a walking trail to lead you to the shopping mall. The trail goes through several beautiful parks and quiet local streets.
