Villa Stancija Kavali je novoobnovljena kamena kuća u ruralnom okruženju. Smještaj je jedinstven, u netaknutoj prirodi, uz rub šume, sa vanjskim terasama. Izuzetno je mirno i tiho. Kuća se nalazi u zaseoku Sušnji, u mjestu Zvoneća. Najbliža plaža nalazi se na udaljenosti od 7 km, u Opatiji. Kuća nudi zajednički dnevni prostor sa kaminom i dobro opremljenom kuhinjom, roštiljem, wi-fi, parkiralištem.
