Meine Unterkunft liegt ca. 300m vom Tegernsee entfernt, Einkaufsst., Restaurants liegen nahe bei;die zentral gelegene Wohnung liegt im Hochpaterre und bietet mit 62qm Wohnfläche, Platz für 2 - 3 Pers.Die komfortable, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung geht weit über eine Standardvermietung hinaus. Vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer kommt man auf den 30qm großen Balkon (Westseite). Im Wohnzimmer steht eine gemütliche bayerische Holzeckbank mit massivem Holztisch.Die Küche bietet einen weiteren Essplatz.

Ihr werdet meine Unterkunft lieben: Bayerische Gemütlichkeit, ein komfortables Bett (140 x 200), eine gut ausgestattete Küche, der Kamin, ein großzügig überdachter Balkon, die Ruhe, natürlich die Berge und Seen... Mein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement ist ganzjährig ein romantischer Rückzugsort für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Am Eingang des Ötztales sind wir mit Bahn bzw.Bus (zu Fuß ca.10 bzw. 3 min) und PKW (P beim Haus) bestens erreichbar und an Innsbruck und sämtliche Freizeitangebote dieser Region angebunden. Bauernladen, Bäcker, Fleischer sind um´s Eck, 5 min zum "MiniEKZ" im Dorf.
