This 4-course workshop lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is a great introduction to the world of paella and Spanish cuisine.  You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind The Paella Club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organise themselves in groups of one-two per cooking station, where they will find every utensil and ingredient needed to cook each paella under the promise of a fully immersive and dynamic experience. Depending on the size of the class, several varieties of paella will be made at each class so that all of the guests are able to learn how to create and taste more than one type of paella.  You will feel at home while our staff guides you through our "10 secret paella steps." As a preview, we'll give away one of the 10 secret steps: Step 1—take a sip of our premium wine. The paella workshop itself has a duration of 45 minutes to an hour. Join your guide in an air-conditioned private (not public transportation) vehicle in Barcelona for a drive up to Montserrat, named after its peculiar aspect with multitude of rock formations, it literally means saw mountain. We will travel by minibus from Barcelona to the mountaintop monastery of Montserrat. This mountain and its Monastery which was founded in the 10th century and still functions to this day, with over 150 monks. After the visit of the Monastery, we will go to the ranch to start our horseback riding along the Natural Park, offering breathtaking views of Montserrat. All while enjoying the freedom and tranquillity of the countryside. Due to the large number of visitors, the visit may be delayed on Saturdays and Sundays. During Mondays, the horses rest and we will go to another ranch different from the main one. Other things to note -This horseback experience is appropriate for all levels of skill and ability. -Due to horse safety restrictions, anyone with a weight above 95 KG or below 12 years of age won't be allowed to join this activity -Pregnant wowen cannot join the experience - The visit to the Moreneta is not guaranteed

Nuestra visita es un recorrido a pie por el barrio antiguo de la ciudad donde se encuentran todos los tesoros que encierra esta pequeña ciudad para descubrir toda esa historia. Nuestro tour empieza en Plaça Sant Feliu desde donde se pueden observar las casas coloreadas. Visitaremos los barrios Medieval y Judío, calles estrechas y empedradas, alguna de ellas cerradas durante siglos. Pasearemos sobre las murallas para ver la ciudad desde la parte más alta, iglesias, palacios, museos, sin duda el corazón de la ciudad en la edad media. El barrio Judío también conocido como "Call" es uno de los mejores conservados de Europa, en él podrán descubrir la historia y los secretos que encierra cada rincón y cada piedra, las leyendas más importantes de Girona, también veremos los puentes más famosos sobre el Río Onyar, como el construido por Gustave Eiffel, la zona de pequeños comercios y restaurantes. Esta completa visita a la ciudad dura unas 3 horas y no incluye visitas al interior de monumentos o museos. You will discover the secrets of Montserrat Monastery and Hike the Natural Park Off the Beathen Path with a passionate local guide in a small group of max 8 people. HIGHLIGHTS - Guided visit to the monastery with a specialized local guide - Early tour to beat the crowds - Hike the magical mountain Off the Beaten Path (3h - 5,5km/3,5 milles hike with 300 m/1000 feet of elevation gain). - Discover the local flora & fauna. - Enjoy free time at the monastery after the hike. DESCRIPTION After 1 hour drive on a AC minivan, we will arrive to Montserrat. We will start the day visiting the Benedictine abbey before the crowds arrive. Will discover its amazing history and share some of the monastery's legends. We will start hiking from the monastery following a beautiful path with many viewpoints offering stunning views. We will continue until one of my favourite spots, from where we will have 360 degrees views over the multi-peaked rocky range and in clear days we would be able to see the Pyrenees. After admiring those great landscapes taking some pictures and trying some typical Catalan snacks (please bring your own sandwich for lunch) we will start descending through a shady path between the needle formations and forests of the mountain that will bring us back to the Abbey where you will have some free time to visit the farmers market or relax before comming back to Barcelona.
