WHAT DO OUR GUESTS SAY
“Hadar’s place has a great central location, and is a stylish modern new apartment”
“Hadar was very attentive to us. Worried that our stay was formidable, since before the trip he already sent us tips on jerusalem and helped us in all doubts about the apartment, such as logistics, tourism. the apartment is of high luxury and accompanies the 5 star hotels in the city, clean and with a spectacular balcony! The location could not be better, close to the old town, the shuk (open market), shopping mall and tourist places, in short, in the heart of the city. behind the apartment there is parking that always has a parking space. The towels and bedding were perfect, clean and of good quality. we love it, we will be back!”
“Lovely studio apartment just a minute away from tons of shopping and restaurants on Ben Yehuda Street, and a quick walk to upscale Alrov Mamila Avenue Mall. If you’re willing to take a 15-18 minute walk, you can walk up to the Old City at Jaffa Gate! Hadar is a thoughtful host who responded quickly to my messages. Guests are provided excellent instructions on how to enter the apartment and use the TV/heater/air conditioner. He graciously allowed us to drop our bags off a little early, which helped us tremendously! The stylish apartment is stocked with thoughtful amenities: hairdryer, umbrella, multi port USB charging station, tea and coffee/espresso maker, pots/pans, dishes/glasses, cutlery and paper goods in the kitchenette. A bowl of delicious chocolates and a bottle of mineral water were waiting for us. The towels were thick, the shower nice and hot and the bed was SUPER comfortable. The crowning touch is the view from the rooftop deck—it’s just lovely. My husband enjoyed sitting/relaxing on the deck each morning with a hot cup of coffee. We will be back!”
“Great place with spectacular terrace in a nice area of Jerusalem. Would stay again anytime! Host is super professional and very friendly! This is how airbnb should work!”
"At Hadar's place, you are staying in a stylish place that's better than the $500/night hotel rooms in the area, and is a fraction of the cost. The deck and views are magnificent and we spent lots of time taking pictures of the panoramic views out there. The space is well-appointed, and the perfect size for a couple. The location is fantastic, basically positioned between the Old City and The Shuk, in relatively easy walking distance to both. There are also many great restaurants and bars just a short walk away. We would definitely stay at Hadar's place again”
“If you’re considering this property, my recommendation is YES! Hadar is an excellent host with clear and timely communication. The location cannot be beat, very close to public transportation, the downtown triangle, Old Town, Jaffa St, Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall, with endless shops, restaurants and nightlife nearby. The space is as pictured, and even better in person. The terrace and view are priceless. We loved it so much here that we tried to eliminate the rest of our stay in Tel Aviv to stay here, unfortunately it was booked so we only got our planned three nights, but our experience in Jerusalem was outstanding partially in part because of this beautiful apartment. Highly recommend.”
“We are a couple in the mid 40s in sales and management just so you get context. Check in was super easy, there is a very small lift but enough for two. The code you use at the door on the top floor and turn the handle and you are in. Lots of good hosts I have had, but Hadar was outstanding and we didn't even get to meet him. He replied so quickly and nothing was too much to ask for. He even took our bags from the apartment and took it to a location 10 mins away he has so we could enjoy our day and go there and just get the bags for our flights. The view of the apartment is the star, seriously it's big, overlooks Jerusalem, couldn't had asked for better. We were about 20 min walk from the old city and about 15 from the famous Mahane Yehuda Market, you must go there the vibe is awesome, great food lots of bars, people watching music etc. Family friendly for those interested. All in all we thank Hadar for everything but if we take him out of it. This place is outstanding and perfect for a couple, Wine on the top deck overlooking Jerusalem with a pizza bought from across the road, just perfect. People say don't look elsewhere we are saying here don't look elsewhere.. Thank you and book now..”
“A real treasure of a property where you are sure to have a great holiday”
“What a gem! The flat was super clean and very nicely designed. The views are stunning and the location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to either Ben Yehuda or the old city. Why would anyone pay the crazy prices of the hotels in Jerusalem when they can stay at Hadar’s flat? Thanks again!”
“The apartment is in a word״ "amazing"! It's located extremely central to all the sites (3 minutes to restaurants and shops) all public transport, 15 min walk to the old city. Perfect. Hadar was the perfect host. Always available and helpful. Couldn't have asked for anything more. The apartment itself is immaculately clean. Loved the large roof tarrace. Spent a lovely evening out there overlooking the city with a glass of wine. The thoughtfull touches such as shampoo, soap coffee, the wine etc make you feel right at home. The TV as something like Netflix so you can relax with lots of movies. Loved staying here and can highly recommend it."
“Perfect location with a great deck!! 5 stars without the price tag."
“Couldn’t think of a better place to stay during our Jerusalem visit! The apartment is very clean and the balcony is just amazing. Also the apartment is extremely well situated so that you can walk to every sight within 5-20min max! Would really recommend this place to anyone who comes to Jerusalem.”
“Hadar’s place is a hidden gem. It is centrally located, you can walk or take a taxi wherever. It is spotless clean, comfortable and cozy. And the view is breathtaking. I recommend this apartment, you won’t regret it”
“The place is even better than the photos, and the photos are great! My wife and I stayed for five days, as we both agreed that we probably didn't deserve such a great view. The apartment is perfect for travelers – well-appointed and perfect for when you're resting up between treks, walkable to fantastic restaurants and historic sights. Hadar is a great host, always available to answer questions or provide helpful tips."
“I had one of the best experiences with Hadar and with his wonderful apartment…. beautiful and just perfect and with incredible views. Hadar was incredibly professional and attentive and I would not hesitate to recommend his apartment…. A definite five star property and great value.”
“An incredible option next to city center!!! Clean, stylish, with all amenities and with a big terrace with views of the Old City. Everything was just great! Very, very recommended!!!”
“Amazing place. What a gem. Super happy with the apartment and the location is superb”
“I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Jerusalem. Would recommend it to everyone…”
“Wonderful apartment with everything you need to explore Jerusalem. Amazing view, clean bright and secure. Home away from home. Much better than many of the boutique hotel we’ve stayed in. THANKYOU Hadar for a fabulous 5 night stay in your perfect apartment.”
“Hadar’s place is wonderful! The apartment was located minutes from Ben Yehuda and the shuk. The view was simply amazing and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. Hadar took great care to make sure we had a great stay in Jerusalem!”
“Hadar’s place is simply stunning! We had a very lovely stay due to his attention to wonderful details and a very good communication. We would always come back, thank you very much for having us Hardar!”
"Hadar and his apartment are like the city of Jerusalem: exceptional! Thank you Hadar for your responsiveness and your attention. The view of the apartment is fascinating. We highly recommend! Hoping to come back !!"
“For us it was definitely a superhost experience - everything was clean, nicely furnished and, since the apartment is situated on the top floor, the room is bright, what made me feel very comfortable. We also loved to use the big TV screen for watching YouTube videos about Israel... perfect after a long day of walking :) The location was convenient too. We walked for about 10 mins to reach Jaffa Gate, and the Mahane Yehuda Market is just around the corner.”
"Wow, no words! The apartment is amazingly beautiful. You can see Hadar thought about everything down to the smallest details, a pleasant atmosphere and it felt like home. There could not have been a better location in the city. No doubt we would like to go back”
The joy of Jerusalem is discovering its many secrets: in the bustling market, the vibrant new city, and the exotic walled Old City. Here are a few of my personal favorites to get you started:
Around the corner: NOCTURNO Café and Resto Bar, a cool hangout place, morning and evening; CHAKRA, nestled in the park… treat yourself to its varied cuisine, exquisitely presented.
A pleasant walk to Ben Yehuda: Look for a tiny soup-only place on the top of the pedestrian mall, enjoy a great bagel with Salmon across the way, sit at a table in the middle and watch the world pass by.
Discover Yoel Salomon next to Zion Square: lots of great restos and cafes on this pedestrian-only street. Try any of the great places around music square, such as Andalusia, Kinor b’Kikar or Nahman, my favorite. Catch live blues and rock most nights at Blue Hall Music.
In the Shuk. Machane Yehuda market is full of life and great street food. Try Roasters café for your caffeine needs or check out Azura for Mediterranean and Mideast specialties like falafel and hummus, or just buy fresh veggies and fruit from the vendors and prepare at home in your kitchen.
In the Old City: two hidden gems: Christ Church garden café just to the right of Jaffa Gate near the Armenian Quarter, and the hidden away Austrian hospice in the Christian Quarter, where you can sample the best apple strudel and take in an amazing view of the Temple Mount. And in the Muslim Quarter, there’s Abu Shukri, the classic place to enjoy hummus and cardamom-spiced coffee between bargaining sessions in the bazaar.
The suite is located in the center of downtown Jerusalem( at the exit of the building take to the right) Less than a 5 minute walk from a large super market (At the exit from the building turn left and cross the street to the other side toward Beit Avichai. The Super Market at 12 Keren Kayemeth st׳). You can also find in the street 24/7 convenience stores, coffee shops, laundromats, bakeries, and fast food restaurants. Yeshurun Synagogue is located in the building opposite. Despite the central location, the place enjoys absolute quiet as it faces the park and not the main street. Close proximity to the bus and trains make exploring the entire city easy and convenient.
