This cottage was perfectly cozy and warm for a wintery long weekend exploring West Norfolk and visiting Sandringham. Joanne is friendly and was more than happy to offer any help required. The Old Cowshed is spacious, comfortable and finished to a high standard, I highly recommend this cottage to others.

Host was very welcoming - left us a cream tea and then checked that all was ok . Cottage was beautifully appointed with everything we needed for our stay . The neighbourhood was peaceful and convenient for exploring the area.

What a wonderful short week in a lovely cottage. We felt immediately welcomed by our hosts, with two rock cakes and tea, coffee and milk left for us, plus a Christmas card, it being the season and all. The cottage itself was clean and tidy, and also very homely and warm. The cottage's welcome book with suggestions of things to do and places to go was very useful and interesting too, and entertaining too (YouTube video was appreciated.) We definitely would come again to this little hideaway, perfectly located and idyllically charming.

We loved everything about Lauren's cottage! We've stayed in Cromer before, so knew it was a great holiday spot - but have always been a bit out of the town. This place is right in the centre. We loved sitting out the front with a glass of wine, listening to the sea as we lazed about in bed, and being so close to some of the best fish and chips in England (Mary Janes). The cottage has everything you need, and Lauren was super efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is a warm and cosy cottage, very well equipped and clean and in a superb location close to the beach and central to the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay and would recommend it to others.

Ambre a pensé à tout pour rendre ces tentes une expérience glamping incroyable. Les tentes sont bien pourvus avec des lanternes, des couvertures et même des guimauves pour griller sur votre propre foyer. Il ya même un pack de bienvenue avec des cartes et des recommandations sur la région. Les motifs de la salle sont absolument magnifiques, et la côte nord du Norfolk est un court trajet en voiture de là. Un point culminant particulier était le dîner dans le Warpole Arms (15 minutes de marche à travers un champ). La nourriture était absolument magnifique. Il ya trois autres tentes dans la proximité relativement étroite, donc si vous cherchez quelque chose de super exclus alors peut-être ce ne est pas pour vous, mais nous avons eu un week-end vraiment fabuleux, et reviendraient en un éclair. Хотя мы не встречались лично Амбер мы были в постоянном контакте по телефону заранее поездки и на протяжении она была очень гибкой и ее муж выскочил на первую ночь, чтобы проверить нас было все, что нам нужно. Мы, безусловно, будет снова в будущем! :)

We arrived in the dark so it could have been a bit tricky to find but amber gave us great directions etc. The tent was brilliant, well equipt, really comfortable, clean bedding etc. The firepit outside was great and the first lot of wood was provided and so we could cool some dinner! The surroundings are so beautiful so deffo go for a walk! There is an area out side the place where the tents are to play frisbee or kick a footy about, which we did. We ran out of a few things but it was no worries because the honesty shop was great and fairly priced too. Really handy! There were two sets of toilets too! Both were really clean and there was a shower, again really clean! Over all we had a brilliant time! Don't forget to take a torch, you'll need it and some warm clothes and you're on to a winner!

Amber is a very warm, genuine and accommodating host. We absolutely loved our stay in the bell tent in what can only be described as magical surroundings of Mannington Hall Gardens. It was so peaceful and our tent was so cosy filled with everything one could need to make one's stay as comfortable (tealights, gas stove, crockery, cutlery, teas, fitted wood burner stove, fridge, etc) and pleasant as possible and the extra touches, with the rugs, beautiful cushions and blankets, and the bunting flags dotted inside the tent. There are charming villages nearby with hearty pubs, delicious tea rooms, forest and beach walks galore to keep you busy all day until your return back to your enchanting tent. This is a secret place we would like to keep all to ourselves but just can't stop telling everyone about it. Go see for yourselves ;-)

Amber made us feel very welcome. The tent was lovely and had everything we needed for our trip. We had three children with us - a 9 year old, 4 year old and a 1 year old toddler. Amber made us feel at ease and the children had a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful too.

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour à les tentes coniques d'Amber pour notre anniversaire de mariage - le parfait sortir pour se détendre. La tente est belle, spacieuse avec beaucoup de touches agréables et nous avons vraiment apprécié le poêle à bois comme il l'a fait faire froid la nuit! Amber était très accueillant et serviable et les environs sont idyllique. Je le recommande vraiment et envisager de revenir à explorer davantage cette belle partie du pays.

We hadden een geweldige tijd bij Amber Bell tenten. De tenten waren schoon, goed uitgerust en comfortabel. Het gemak van het draaien met de tent al klaar en de bedden opgemaakt was heerlijk! We kregen de houtkachel onmiddellijk gaan en daarmee warmde de tent mooi. Het helaas regende beide nachten, de tweede met bliksem en donder !! Maar we bleven volledig droog de hele nacht en geen water kregen in all. Dit is perfect voor degenen die willen kamperen, maar ook willen dat de vakantie-ervaring zonder gedoe. Er zijn een paar heerlijke lokale pubs in het geval u het gevoel dat je niet wilt koken. De douches en toiletten werden dagelijks schoongemaakt en de wandelingen in de omgeving waren prachtig! Amber maakte een punt van stoppen door ervoor te zorgen dat we alles wat we nodig hadden en we kregen het gevoel zeer welkom voelen. We hadden een piek in de Shepherd's Hut en het was echt lief. Niet groot genoeg voor de 4 van ons, maar we zouden zeker het proberen als we zijn net terug van de twee van ons. Amber heeft aan alles gedacht. De eerlijkheid winkel heeft lucifers, waxinelichtjes, aanmaakblokjes, hout en houtskool. De lantaarns waren een beetje wisselvallig, dus zorg ervoor dat je genoeg fakkels. We hielden van de toegevoegde extra's, zoals de hete flessen water (die zeer gewaardeerd waren!) En thee / koffie / marshmallow supplies. Dank je wel Amber!

Alison is a great host, very helpful and open to last minute booking but still had everything well organised. The place is a lovely small little two story studio apartment and is really well located near shops. Limited parking (I parked round the corner) but it was no big deal. Would definitely love to stay again!

Best airbnb stay we experienced so far! Super cosy hut that had a nice scent of fresh wood. It has it's own private well-kept garden, but Terri and her husband are close by and are happy to help if you need anything. A supermarket is just across the street and the town center and the water front (excellent fish&chips!) are just a 10 minute walk away. Though it is next to the street it is very quiet and the bed is also extremely comfy. In the evenings we loved to chill in the armchairs in front of the telly. Thank you so much! We had a great week here. The cabin is good value. Clean, well-equipped and -furnished for the price. A well-placed bird feeder outside the window gave us great entertainment. There is a large Co-op very close by. 5-8 minutes (depending on your pace) walk to the centre of Wells and the quay. And well placed for exploring the N. Norfolk coast. Though we did have a car there, we used the wonderful coasthopper buses - every 30 mins. We walked the whole 47 miles form Hunstanton to Cromer in five days and it was an excellent base for that. Terri was very helpful and easy to relate to.

This is an absolute gem and is perfectly located to enjoy all of the local area. It is deceptively spacious, extremely well appointed with all of the necessary items and has the added attraction of having a large Co-op 2 minutes away. The bathroom is great, the bed is excellent and if you want to chill out, the TV (with Freeview) and the comfy chairs are the perfect combination..just add wine. Would not hesitate to come again and will tell all our friends.

We had a very comfortable stay with Zoe and her husband Ben. The accommodation was clean, well appointed and delightfully situated. Ben and Zoe gave us a warm welcome and were charming hosts. We were very happy there and would recommend to friends.

We were both made to feel very welcome during our short stay at Leith House. Zoe & Ben were very accomodating along with providing some good tips about the local area. The annex was well appointed and had lovley character. Zoe obviously thought ahead during the spell of hot weather and provided us with a fan for the room which was very thoughtful. Perfect location to base your exploring of the Norfolk coast.

This Airbnb is amazingly good value, in a rural spot in a beautiful area of Norfolk. To access the property there is a private front door but you do pass through the utility room of the owner, which isn't a problem, but something to note. Zoe and Ben were very nice and welcoming. The walls are quite thin so you can hear some family living sounds, but this didn't bother us at all. The property is a converted log store building and so the downstairs is a little dark as to be expected with a cottage style building. The bedroom is bright with a lovely Velux window - perfect for watching the stars from bed. Such excellent good value and a really really enjoyable stay. Would recommend.

Lovely little place to stay - I'm sure we'll be back again! We had a wedding nearby that started at 2pm and Zoe very genealusly made it possible for us to drop our belongings off earlier than the check-in time. The flat is small but comfortable and had everything we would have needed for a longer stay.

Absolutely blissful stay in this gorgeous little Shepherd's hut. All the amenities you could wish for - even a torch in case of late night visits to the wash hut! Enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine and doing some star gazing.

From the moment we arrived at the Shepherd's Hut we started to relax. The hut has everything you would need for a relaxing, 'getting away from it all' stay. It's very warm and cosy. Very clean, neat and gorgeously decorated. The toilet and shower (separate from the hut ) were clean, flushable & electric. There is electric in the hut, and a kettle, heater, if required, and little wood burner. Milk and lovely homemade biscuits were there on our arrival. No cooking facilities, as yet, but there are lots of pubs etc nearby. The area is peaceful, picturesque and very quiet. I slept very well in the comfortable double bed. The paddock is very pretty and secure for dogs/kids. The hosts were friendly, helpful, on hand if needed, but discreet when not. We felt we had total privacy. We ordered breakfasts both mornings & they were yummy! Locally sourced and served in the hut. The price was excellent too. I highly recommend this property and we shall definitely be returning.....we can't stop talking about it!

There is a saying" There are no strangers in this world, only friends we haven't met". Such was our experience , from the moment I contacted Clare, she was friendly, helpful and a great host. We then discovered they were involved with the show , my husband was also attending, what a small world! So despite being very busy on our arrival day, Clare contacted us to advise when the hut was ready as well as ensuring Andrew was about to welcome us when we arrived. What a wonderful experience, highly recommend a stay in this beautiful Shepherd's Hut in its lovely Orchard location. A really relaxing, comfortable unique experience. Lots of little thoughtful extras make it extra special. Lovely hot shower just around the corner. Breakfast is to be recommended also local produce, own eggs and tomatoes eaten outside in glorious morning sunshine. We didn't have to light the log burner but it would make for a cosy stay in a cooler weather.

We had a fantastic stay at Clare's Shepherd's Hut! The hut is exactly as in the photos, a beautiful and unique space. It is set in the lovely quiet grounds of Clare's home and is secluded and peaceful. The hut has all the basic amenities you'd need, a comfy bed, and wasn't too hot or cold. The wash hut is just a few paces away from the Shepherd's Hut and is equipped with a flushing loo and hot shower. If you stay here, Clare's breakfast is a must! For a small extra charge, Clare will provide you with an amazing spread - worth every penny! We were lucky enough to be able to eat it in the orchard outside the hut - wonderful! Clare was a friendly and accommodating host from the start - she greeted us despite us arriving later than planned due to traffic and made us feel really welcome. Thank you Clare!

Claire made us feel very welcome right from the start. We were shown where everything was and there was some lovely home made flapjack waiting for us in the hut. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar was provided - just don't make the mistake we did and not find a suitably cool place to keep the milk :) The hut itself is quality in construction and the insulation certainly kept us toasty. Lovely comfy bed and the wood burner helped take the chill off. Shower and toilet block is only a short walk away and was clean and warm. We definitely recommend staying here - I only wish out trip was longer.

We had a lovely couple of days at The Little Stables, which is luxuriously stylish & well equipped accommodation. Sarah had added a few personal touches such as a lovely welcome pack which included some dog biscuits for our canine companions. We chose the coldest days to stay but The Little Stables was a warm & snug retreat after our beach walks.

The description and photographs couldn't have been more accurate. Lovely, beautifully decorated accommodation with lots of homely touches. Sarah has thought of everything and provides a very thoughtful welcome pack including eggs, bread, bacon and homemade jam. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future.

The little care package left provided two wonderful breakfasts for us. The Little Stables was a perfect getaway for my wife and I and our 4 week old baby. Sarah was extremely welcoming in her communication and friendly and helpful in person. The property was very well equipped and in a great location for exploring north Norfolk. The bacon, eggs, frsh bread and homemade jam that Sarah left out in our welcome pack was a particularly nice touch. Would highly recommend to young families seeking a quiet rural getaway for a few nights.

James has the most idyllic setting and the most perfect shepherds hut! So perfect that I am thinking of having one at home! It feels very spacious and is very well equipped. James has thought of everything, down to the cafetière and retro cups. Lovely bloke and great setting. Perfect holiday for 2!

Communication with James was excellent - he had really helpful suggestions to make my parents' stay even cosier. The cottage was cosy, quiet & secluded - perfect for a restful retreat - my parents didn't want to leave!

Had a wonderful 3 night break in this 'quiet oasis' in North Norfolk. Have never visited this area before and were also airbnb virgins!! Everything surpassed all our expectations! Communication with James was excellent. He stayed in the background during our visit but we knew we could contact him at any point if necessary. Thank you so much.

We spent two nights in the hut and it was the cosiest we've ever been. Despite the horrible weather outside, the hut stayed so warm and cosy! Very comfortable bed, gorgeous interior and great shower. The continental breakfast was delightful and we hired out the BBQ which was lovely! Can't recommend enough, we will hopefully be back in the future.

The cabin was beautiful and such stunning countryside surrounding us. We enjoyed our little getaway and felt like we could properly relax. I stayed here with my 5 year old and it was magical to be in such a sweet space. Smelled like brand new inside. Everything clean. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet night. The windows face the sunset. Only thing missing was more friends to enjoy the other little cabins with me. We enjoyed day trips to the beach at Wells-next-the-sea, which was close enough and lovely. Oh, and we ordered a lovely little breakfast that was delivered to our door. We would definitely come back.

Great directions to get to this rural B&B. Was kind enough to book a table at the local pub for the first evening, very friendly, and nice homemade muesli.

Perfect location away from it all (with wifi!) and an immaculate en suite room just off the main house. The private entrance is a real bonus and Christopher was so helpful helping out with recommendations and pub bookings. Breakfast in the garden was a real highlight. Half thanks to the unseasonably warm and sunny December morning but also thanks to the blueberries, honey and yoghurt granola. The room is quite small but no more so than it looks on the photos. So you know exactly what you are getting. Would definitely recommend.

we had a very comfortable stay in stone cottage! the house is in a quiet & peaceful location amongst beautiful countryside. the room & bathroom were immaculately clean and decorated with care. there were lots of thoughtful extras offered- fresh baked biscuits, toiletries, beautiful bed linen. and breakfast was perfect- a beautiful spread of croissants, homemade muesli, fruit, eggs and even gluten free toast- it was left outside our door without intrusion and we enjoyed eating in their sunny garden. thanks for a lovely stay!

Just returned from a lovely short stay with Rachel and Henry and we couldn't be more pleased! The room was clean, comfortable and very cosy! Both Rachel and Henry were fantastic hosts. They made us feel very relaxed and welcome and even allowed us to check in earlier which helped us out massively! The facilities were good and the area is lovely! We would love to return if we're ever in Norfolk!

What a lovely place to stay! A proper home with a cute garden entrance and the perfect hosts. The bed was comfy, the curtains, decor and general feel of the bedroom really pleasant and the breakfast sublime. Rachel and Henry were really quick on the responses, flexible and unpushy, and felt like old friends to get to know. A top notch Airbnb experience.

Rachel was a magnificent host. Really helpful with all of my strange demands. The two course dinner she prepared was absolutely delicious. I'd have happily paid £20 for it rather than the £6 charged. Breakfast was also beautifully presented. The bed was comfortably and the rooms she had finished redecorating (bedroom and dining room) were very tastefully done. All highly recommended.

Made so welcome, invited in and immediately given a fab cuppa, biscuits and a pot of chocolates. Such a lovely couple. Lovely comfy room. Great location for exploring the coast. Good value for money.
