Welcome to Studio 46 Barcelona, an atelier and private gallery founded in 1974 by Catalan master engraver and artist Joan Barbarà. Located in the Gràcia district, it is a cornerstone of Barcelona’s artistic heritage and one of the best-kept secrets in the city. Our space has hosted over 300 artists, including masters such as Joan Miró, Antoni Tapies, Salvador Dali, and Richard Hamilton, and contemporary talents like Lorenzo Quinn, Juliana Plexxo, Om Barbara and JJ Walker. A welcome drink will be waiting for you while I share an overview of Studio 46 and its significance and fascinating history, starting with the legacy of Barbarà and his collaborations with many iconic 20th-century artists. Entre sus puestos repletos de productos frescos y gente aprenderemos juntos a Ramon, guia oficial del ayuntamiento, como comprar los mejores productos para nuestra paella. LaLlarga està en apena 3 minutos andando en un paseo agradable por las calles del barrio mas bohemio de Valencia. El local era un antigua carniceria convertida en uno de los locales mas emblematicos del barrio, presente en Lonely Planet, Guia AD , tripadvisor y en muchas publicaciones mas, LaLlarga serà para las horas de nuestra clase un lugar estraordinario donde estar juntos. En el antiguo banco original de marmol prepararemos los entrentas, el la barra bar y el cepo de madera probaremos el agua de Valencia, que haremos con naranjas frescas y unos vinos locales. En el medio del local nos dedicaremos a ella, la indiscutible reina de la gastronomia Valenciana: la Paella! Sin estress y de forma facil e intuitiba iremos aprendendo como cortar los ingrediente, en que orden ponerlos y como dosificar todo bien para que se cumpla la magia. Una vez lista la comeremos juntos y nos conoceremos aun mas!

Aparte te recomendaré miles de lugares de interés histórico y cultural para enriquecer tu experiencia en esta ciudad. IMPORTANTE: Es un recorrido fácil para personas de cualquier edad, pero ten en cuenta que ambos barrios son cuesta arriba y abajo, con escaleras y calles de empedrado y se necesita un calzado cómodo. No es recomendable si tienes lesiones de rodilla, tobillo o dificultad para caminar en subida o en bajada. No recomiendo en absoluto venir con carritos de bebé, y no creo que es buena idea venir con niños pequeños, ya que pueden aburrirse fácilmente y mantenerte distraído del tour, si son tranquilos y les gusta explorar y caminar, son bienvenidos, por supuesto!
