Swimming pool designed in the sixties by architect Alvaro Siza. It's made out of concrete in the middle of the rocks near the sea. It's natural salt water from the sea. Open from 15 June to 15 September.

The perfect place for a drink late afternoon with a great view. People order drinks in the cafes around an bring them to the gardens.

500 bus. It's a local and cheap bus with 2 floors that starts in the main plaza (Aliados) and goes along the river until the beach (Matosinhos). It stops at the fish market (Matosinhos). We recommend you to use the Andante (the same ticket from the metro) because one trip is valid for one hour, so you can coe in and out when you want. If you buy the ticket from the driver it doesn't work like that. Avoid rush hours.
