From Martha Brae town there is a road going past "Martha Brae Rafting Village". If you continue on this road, you'll get to a place called "Bumkin River Farm" which is an 18th century abandoned sugar cane plantation. Nature and ruins look awesome.

If you want to experience a smaller version of Amazon River, take a tour along Black River. Black River is a muddy looking river with a lot of mangrove, inhabited with numerous birds. The main heroes of the tour are crocodiles! Feed them or become their food if you wish :) The tour is about 1 hour, costs 19 USD per person. Includes a visit to crocodile nursery.

Only suitable for fit people, because a hike to this waterfall over cliffs in rainforest via slippery muddy soil is challenging. But if you can make it - it's definitely worth it.
