Rorbua has great North Norwegian food. The restaurant resembles the inside of a ship! The fish soup is probably one of the best in town. The mussels are really good. They also have a good selection of Norwegian bier. The house wine is good.

It has later been used as prison. Nowadays it represents a peaceful landmark. In the summer time, its a nice venue for concerts and sometimes it works as a venue for for sports events broadcasted on wide screen projectors.
