If you read our high praise review about Northstar Cafe in this guidebook, Philco Bar + Diner is a very-very close second. Maybe even 1a and 1b. The food here is without the best, especially for the price. Their Brussel Sprouts will change your world, and I hated Brussel Sprouts with a passion. Another must-go.

The food here is without the best, especially for the price. Their Brussel Sprouts will change your world, and I hated Brussel Sprouts with a passion. Another must-go.

The frozen custard here is to die for. You can tell they make their custard with great care, and any flavor you get will be insanely good. The Pumpkin Pie frozen custard made time freeze, it was out of this world tasty.

So far, although this is an exceptional pizza joint, they have the best chicken wings we've tasted in the area. But please, do not underestimate the pizza, I would definitely get both if I were you. Right across from Nationwide Arena, so its location is great, and very easy to watch sports there at the full bar - several HDTV's.

But please, do not underestimate the pizza, I would definitely get both if I were you. Right across from Nationwide Arena, so its location is great, and very easy to watch sports there at the full bar - several HDTV's.
The chicken parmesan is second to none. As a matter of fact, any Italian dish you get here, you simply will not regret it.

The best pizza in Central Downtown Columbus, no doubt about it! Not only is there pizza out of this world, but any Italian dish you get here will leave you in awe. We have "pigged-out" on other things than pizza here, from their homemade garlic knots and Italian sub, to their gnocchi and chicken parmesan. Everything is excellent, excellent, excellent and made right in their kitchen. There is also their full bar located in the back called "Alley Bar". Must-go.

Please do not let this discourage you from visiting Studio Movie Grill, its still fantastic and you will have a great time. We've just been going to AMC theaters since as kids!
