Live music seven nights a week. Just a hop skip and a jump over the river - a short bike ride away to a world of great local music. John Butler started out here (after he graduated from busking at the markets!)!

An eclectic hood with yet more cafes. I recommend Mrs Browns - a small bar where you can order takeaway food from the neighboring businesses (flip side burgers or propeller). Plus an epic beach to walk along, plus check out the port and the gorgeous red lighthouse. Well worth a bike ride across the river to enjoy!
Plus, look out for dolphins playing in the river when you cross the bridge!!
