A historical place. It was one of the pioneer places in Seattle (hence the name). The place itself is very picture-worthy. If you stumble here, you should also visit the UPS Waterfall Garden Park (which is around the corner) and book a ticket for the Bill Speidel's Underground Tour.

Wing Luke Museum if you want to learn more about Bruce Lee.
